Each season, Ferry Sloops welcomes aboard hundreds of people for an exciting experience of sailing on the beautiful Hudson River completely free of charge. For many guests, this opportunity is their first time aboard a sailboat.
In addition to sailing, Ferry Sloops offers free lectures with topics focused on the river and concerts throughout the year at Shattemuc Yacht Club in Ossining.
As an all-volunteer group, every dollar is used for our boat's maintenance & operating expenses in support of free public sailing and programs throughout the season.
