2026 Event Calendar

Throughout the year, Ferry Sloops participates in various waterfront festivals and events that are directly related to the Hudson River, its history, and environment. Join us at our monthly get-togethers (April through November) with a guest speaker or musical performer beginning at 7:30pm. Admission is FREE!

RSVP is required for admission to the Lecture Series and the Summer Music Series.

    Learn about the fishing villages that once dotted the shores along the Hudson River, the palatial estates on the summit, the struggle to preserve the cliffs from defacement by massive stone quarries, and the bathing beaches & campgrounds during the early twentieth century.

    Lt. Lemuel Snow, Patriot and Pioneer
    May 06, 2026, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
    During the Revolutionary War, Lt. Lemuel Snow spent most of his time in the Hudson River Valley. Through letters, Snow documented his experiences that included: witnessing the execution of Major Andre, and many other significant historical events.
