Summer Music Series featuring Erik Rabasca

Erik Rabasca is a recording and performing artist, producer and founder of the independent label, Highest Frequency Records. He currently leads or co-leads a variety of projects including Light Warriors, Ecstatica, Lions Gate, Human Tribes Collective, among other one-off projects.

A musical chameleon with a wide range of performing experiences, Erik plays a fusion of styles as an acoustic soloist from folk, indie and jazz to reggae, soul and country. His lyrics and songwriting often blend these multiple styles and Rabasca has been compared to legends Dylan, Marley, Simon and more while having found his own unique sound that bridges generations.

He has toured the country and performed internationally (Ethiopia, Jamaica, Canada, Thailand). Rabasca has played notable stages large and small in the NY Tri-state area including notable appearances at HOPE Rocks Festival, SOB’s, Tarrytown Music Hall, Rockwood Music Hall, Cafe Nine, Bijou Theater, Park City Music Hall, Daryl’s House Club, Poughkeepsie Kaal Rock Park Concert Series, SoNo Collection, NYC’s Bitter End, Rockwood Music Hall, Knitting Factory, Milford Arts Council, Best Video Film & Cultural Center, BRYAC Black Rock.
